Roasting on a Loring S35 Kestrel gives us the ability to create vibrant coffees pleasing to everyone, from the aficionado to the casual consumer.
Alongside our Loring roaster, we are excited to implement color sorting technology with our Sovda Pearl Mini. Post roast color sorting gives us the ability to ensure a higher quality and consistency in our coffees.

Now with over 12 years of experience in technical services and two SCA Certified Technicians, our goal is to provide timely maintenance and emergency services for our partners.
