Paradigm is a blend of coffees from Ethiopia for those who enjoy the floral and citrus notes this region offers, but prefer less acidity. The standard profile for the specialty coffee industry is to roast African coffees light and bright, and of course, we do this for our single origin offerings from Ethiopia. However, we created this blend to shift your paradigm by taking it farther in the roasting process to bring out more sweetness while preserving the beauty of these coffees. Paradigm is a delicious filtered coffee and great for the adventurous espresso connoisseur.
